This design was for a non-profit ministry based in Texas. This application was the Interface for a Mashup with the
UCN InContact ACD/IVR Platform. It utilizes the ASP.net/SQL Server technologies and incorporates
with Windows Media Player to play some sound files. This application also uses a Charting program for creating reports.
