We may also use Facebook or LinkedIn advertising pixels for the same purpose. These services collect information about your visit in accordance with their own privacy policies.
reCAPTCHA. Our contact form uses Google reCAPTCHA v3 to protect against automated spam. reCAPTCHA collects hardware and software information, including device and application data, and sends it to Google for analysis.

Global Privacy Control (GPC)
We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, a browser-level setting that communicates your preference to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal data and cross-context targeted advertising.
How It Works
When your browser or an extension sends a GPC signal (Sec-GPC: 1), our website automatically:
Disables advertising cookies and ad personalization. Google Ads remarketing, ad storage, and personalization tags are suppressed.
Forces IP anonymization. Any analytics data collected has your IP address anonymized, regardless of other settings.
Preserves essential functionality. Essential cookies required for the site to function (such as session cookies) are unaffected.
Allows anonymized first-party analytics. Basic, anonymized pageview data may still be collected to help us understand overall site traffic. This data is not shared with third parties for advertising purposes.
How to Enable GPC
GPC is built into several browsers and extensions:
Brave: Enabled by default
Firefox: Available in Privacy & Security settings ("Tell websites not to sell or share my data")
DuckDuckGo: Enabled by default in the DuckDuckGo browser and extension
Privacy Badger: GPC is enabled by default in the Privacy Badger browser extension
For more information about GPC and how to enable it, visit globalprivacycontrol.org.
Legal Compliance
We treat the GPC signal as a legally valid opt-out from the sale or sharing of personal data, consistent with the requirements of the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA), and other applicable US state privacy laws that recognize universal opt-out mechanisms. You can verify that our site supports GPC by visiting /.well-known/gpc.json.
Texas Privacy Law
Reaction21 Inc. is incorporated and operates in Texas. We are committed to complying with applicable Texas privacy law, including the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA) where it applies.

Know what personal data we collect and how we use it
Access their personal data
Correct inaccurate personal data
Request deletion of their personal data
Opt out of the sale of personal data (we do not sell data)

Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. These include HTTPS encryption for all data transmitted to and from this website, access controls for stored data, and using reputable third-party services with their own security programs.
No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we will notify you if a breach affecting your data occurs as required by applicable law.
