12. Dispute Resolution

We prefer to resolve disputes directly. If you have a concern, email us at info@reaction21.com and we will make a good-faith effort to resolve it informally before either party pursues formal legal action.

If informal resolution is not possible, disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Harris County, Texas as provided in Section 11.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes will be noted on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Notice, constitute the entire agreement between you and Reaction21 Inc. regarding your use of this Site. They supersede any prior agreements or understandings on that subject.
