Course Terms

These Course Terms apply when you buy or use a course from Reaction21 Inc. (“Reaction21,” “we,” “us”) on reaction21.com, including Claude Fundamentals. They add to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If these Course Terms and the Terms of Service disagree about a course, these Course Terms apply.

By completing a purchase, you agree to these Course Terms.

1. Your Purchase

  • A course is a one-time purchase at the price shown at checkout. It is not a subscription, and you won’t be charged again.

  • Payment is processed by Stripe. We don’t see or store your full card details.

  • Prices may include sales tax or VAT where it applies.

  • You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to buy a course.

2. Your License

  • When you buy a course, we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view it for your own learning.

  • One purchase is for one person. Don’t share your login, and don’t share, resell, republish, download or redistribute the videos, written lesson content, quizzes, templates or other materials.

  • You may use the prompts, templates and checklists from the course in your own work.

  • Buying for a team? Contact us through the booking link on the course page, and we’ll arrange access for several people.

  • We may suspend or end access for an account that breaks this section, without a refund.

3. Your Account and Access

  • After you buy, we create a course account for the email address you used at checkout, or add the course to your existing account, and email you how to sign in (a new account gets a link to choose its password). Keep your password to yourself, and tell us at hello@reaction21.com if you think someone else has used your account.

  • You have access for as long as we offer the course.

  • If we ever retire a course, we’ll give you at least 30 days’ notice by email before your access ends.

  • We aim to keep the course available at all times, but we don’t guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance or problems with our providers may cause interruptions.

4. Course Content and Updates

  • Claude and the tools it connects to change often. We update lessons as Claude changes, and updates are included at no extra cost. We may also revise, reorder, replace or remove lessons to keep the course accurate.

  • Some features taught in the course need a paid Claude plan or other third-party accounts. You are responsible for those accounts and their costs.

  • Completing a course does not come with a certificate.

Founding Edition and Our Delivery Promise

  • Claude Fundamentals is first sold as a founding edition at a founding price, before every module is released. Modules 1 and 2 are available when you buy. Modules 3–6 are released weekly, on the schedule shown on the course page.

  • Delivery promise: if a module is released more than 14 days after its scheduled date, you can ask for a full refund by emailing hello@reaction21.com within 30 days of that scheduled date. Your access ends when the refund is issued.

  • The founding price ends when Module 6 is released. Founding buyers keep the course, and its future updates, at no extra cost.

Founding-member live Q&A

  • Buyers who purchase at the founding price are invited to two live Q&A sessions with Gabriel Fuller on Google Meet: one during the release period, and one the week Module 6 is released. The dates are announced by email at least 7 days ahead and may move with notice.

  • The sessions are a bonus, not part of the course purchase. They aren’t covered by the delivery promise, and missing a session doesn’t entitle you to a refund.

  • Sessions are recorded. Recordings are shared only with founding members, in a separate members-only area of the course site. By joining, you agree to be recorded; you can keep your camera off and ask questions in the chat.

  • The sessions answer questions about the course material. They aren’t consulting about your business or professional advice (see section 7).

5. All Sales Are Final

  • Because you get immediate access to digital content, all course sales are final. We don’t offer refunds, except under the founding-edition delivery promise in section 4, or where the law requires us to.

  • If you live in the EU or UK: you normally have 14 days to cancel a purchase of digital content. At checkout, you ask us to give you access immediately, and you acknowledge that you lose this right to cancel once access begins.

  • If a chargeback is opened on your purchase, access is suspended while it is resolved.

  • If something isn’t working, contact us at hello@reaction21.com and we’ll help.

6. Not Affiliated with Anthropic

Claude Fundamentals is an independent course by Reaction21. It is not made, sponsored or endorsed by Anthropic. Claude and Anthropic are trademarks of Anthropic, PBC, and are used here only to describe what the course teaches.

7. No Professional Advice, No Guaranteed Results

  • The course is general education about using an AI tool. It is not legal, financial, security, privacy or other professional advice.

  • AI tools can produce inaccurate output. You are responsible for checking anything you use, and for following your employer’s policies and applicable law when you use AI at work.

  • We don’t guarantee any particular result, such as time saved or business outcomes.

8. Our Liability

  • The course is provided “as is.” To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose.

  • To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything relating to a course is limited to the amount you paid for it. We aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost data.

  • Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law.

9. Privacy

We collect and use your account details, purchase records and course progress (such as completed lessons and quiz attempts) to deliver the course, prevent misuse and resolve payment disputes. Our Privacy Policy explains how.

10. General

  • Governing law: these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and disputes will be heard in the courts of Harris County, Texas, matching our Terms of Service. This does not remove any consumer rights you have where you live.

  • Changes to these terms: we may update these terms. The version in effect when you bought a course applies to that purchase, except for changes required by law.
